Unlike many other platforms that charge over 20% in commission, KaaAfrika Drive
charges only 11%. Additionally, KaaAfrika is owned by a Pan-Africanist who
understands the local challenges faced by drivers and users, and we are not
influenced by the pressures of shareholders.
3. Where is KaaAfrika currently
available?
KaaAfrika Drive is currently available in Calabar, Nigeria. As we grow,
we plan to expand our services to other cities across Nigeria and into other
African countries.

1. How do I book a ride on KaaAfrika
Drive?
To book a ride, simply open the KaaAfrika Drive app, enter your pickup and
drop-off location, and choose your preferred ride option. You will then be
matched with a driver who will come to pick you up.
2. What are the ride fare rates on
KaaAfrika?

accepted?
KaaAfrika Drive accepts payments via debit/credit card, wallet,
and cash. We encourage using the in-app wallet for a seamless experience
and discounts. Currently we are only accepting cash and wallet payment.
4. How do I earn rewards as a rider?
You can earn rewards by participating in our current promotions, such
as:
- Earn as You Ride:
25 Naira is credited to your wallet every time you complete a ride.
- 50% Off Your First Ride: Enjoy 50% off your first ride.
- Refer and Earn:
Refer friends to KaaAfrika Drive, and once they complete their first ride,
you'll earn 50 Naira in your wallet.
5. Can I request multiple stops
during my ride?
Yes, you can add multiple stops to your ride directly from the app before or
during the ride.
6. What if I have a safety concern
during my ride?
KaaAfrika prioritizes rider safety. If you experience any security issues, you
can report them directly through the app, and you'll be rewarded with 200 Naira
if the issue is verified. You can also contact our support team via the app or
our website.
7. How do I report a driver who asks
me to pay extra or go offline?
KaaAfrika has strict policies against drivers who ask riders to go offline or
increase fares. Report such drivers via the app, and you’ll be rewarded 1000
Naira if your report is verified. Please send evidence of your report by

Drivers:
1. How do I become a KaaAfrika Drive
driver?
To become a driver, you must complete the online registration process through
the KaaAfrika Drive app or our website. You'll need to submit the following
documents:
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of vehicle ownership
- Vehicle insurance
- Roadworthiness certificate
- Insurance certificate
2. What is the commission rate for
KaaAfrika drivers?
KaaAfrika charges a 11% commission, which is significantly lower than
most competitors who charge over 20%.
3. How do I earn more as a driver?
- Referral Bonus:
Refer riders or other drivers to the platform. When they complete their
first ride or a set number of rides, you’ll earn 200N rewards in your
wallet.
- Driver Rewards:
Drivers who maintain high ratings, complete more rides, or report
violations will receive bonuses.
4. How do I get paid as a driver?
Drivers are paid directly into their KaaAfrika wallet after each ride. You can
transfer your wallet balance to your bank account at any time. Transfers are
processed according to our payout schedule. We are currently finalizing the
payment system to make it easy for seamless payments.
5. What support does KaaAfrika offer
to drivers?
KaaAfrika offers in-app support for drivers as well as direct customer
service via our support team. We are committed to helping you succeed by
ensuring that your earnings are maximized, and you receive prompt assistance
for any issues.
6. What is the KaaAfrika Driver
Rewards Program?
KaaAfrika offers several rewards for drivers who consistently provide great
service. For instance, drivers who report violations, such as passengers or
other drivers attempting to go offline, will be rewarded. We also have loyalty
programs for drivers who complete a certain number of rides each week or
maintain a high rating.
7. What should I do if I don’t
receive ride requests?
It’s important to keep your KaaAfrika Driver App online at all times, even if
you don’t receive requests immediately. Having your app open increases your
visibility, and customers are more likely to request a ride when they see more
drivers available. Don’t miss the opportunity to earn by staying online. If you

during a 50% off promotion, KaaAfrika pays the difference so that drivers
receive the full fare.
